I'm a thick booktok girlie. And that's awesome.
I love it. My man loves it. But I've spent years in an up-and-down fight with the scale, trying to shrink myself into someone I'm not. Here's the thing: I don't want to be skinny. I want to be strong enough to ride a dragon. I want to outrun a creeper on my evening walk without thinking twice about it.
So I built the app I wished existed.
I wanted to train the way my favorite characters train, start slow like they did, and build up like they did. I wanted to build my own intervals and actually come back to them, instead of being forced into someone else's plan.
I've seen the group fitness classes built for girls like us, and they look amazing, genuinely. But here's my truth: I don't work out in front of people. Not strangers, not even the people who love me most. That's not a them problem, that's a me thing. Getting confident enough to walk into one of those rooms and kick ass? That's the actual goal. This app is step one.
Fiction Fitness Club is built in Volumes, 1 through 3, each one harder than the last, across four pillars: Cardio, Strength, Mobility, and Meditation. We're just getting started.
Got a book moment you want turned into a workout? DM me on Instagram, I want to build this with you.
